Craig’s first book, Selling Grandma’s House, helps readers protect the estate and increase proceeds. “I share my coordinated steps to a profitable transaction, as well as before and after photos of the home transformation,” he says.

A personal glimpse

Growing up in New Jersey, Craig learned construction first-hand, ripping out drywall and pounding nails in the homes his father flipped or rented.

Craig settled in San Francisco after nearly 10 years as a corporate sales manager in China and S.E. Asia. His nonworking hours are devoted to his wife and young son, leaving drumming in an alt rock band, golf and scuba on the back burner.
